Guidance

With the closing of school, it can be scary and alarming. We want you to know that we are in this together.  By working together, we can reduce the worry that surrounds the virus. Together is better. We will do everything we can to provide you with care and support even outside of a typical school environment. Here are some of the ways that the School Counseling Program will support you at home.

  1. We have links for social emotional learning for use at home.
  2. We have information about community food banks.
  • Glade Hill Baptist food pantry contact: Church number 576 2580
  • Back pack bags (if you are part of the program) will still be available at the school on Fridays when picking up lunch.
  1. We will offer the opportunity to talk with the School Counselor as a family during normal school hours. This can be through e-mail. Our emails are tab.potter@frco.k12.va.us renae.hall@frco.k12.va.us
  2. We will also be available on Google Meet 9am to 10am and again from 7pm to 8pm. More information provided below.
